IDA SIP is the IDA initiative (IDA SME Infocomm Program [SIP]) to increase the usage of Broadband and create a web presence for SMEs. All consortium members have to give the SME the discount upfront (on a monthly basis) and then claim on a quarterly basis from IDA.
