The supporting documentation includes the assurances and three to five letters of reference (maximum 6 pages) from clients. These letters are supporting letters and not personal references. Other supporting documentation includes evidence that the entity can to do business in California and is fiscally sound. In addition, the documentation must demonstrate fiscal soundness by providing various types of evidence listed in the application.
