Infrared are invisible rays just beyond the red end of the visible spectrum. Their waves are longer than the spectrum colors, but shorter than radio waves. Since infrared works at distances of around 50 feet or less, it is commonly used in remote controls for televisions, stereos, and of course, Mind Path products.
