Lafayette Village Community Association (LVCA) is a no-stock corporation formed under the provisions of Chapter 2 of Title 13.a of the Code of Virginia and was formed to provide for maintenance, preservation and architectural control of residence lots and common areas within the property. LVCA can do any and all lawful things that the corporation may deem to be in the interest of its homeowners including assessing maintenance fees, holding meetings, developing budgets, borrowing money, giving easements, and generally managing the community common assets.
