If, for any reason, a product does not meet your expectations, we will, at our expense, pick up and return all unused products and provide you with a full refund or exchange. Please fill out our Product Return Form or call our customer service department at 1-800-854-7220, M-F 7:00am to 5:30pm Pacific Time, within 15 days of receipt to arrange for the return. Special ordered items may not be returnable, please inquire.
