What is Mehta Face Massage?
The Mehta Face Massage or Facial Rejuvenation stems from years of research, practical work and exhaustive client studies conducted by Mrs Kundan Mehta. With its roots in ancient Ayurvedic principals and its specialised massage techniques firmly based on contemporary styles, this massage addresses the issue of ageing facial skin in an entirely safe and natural way. No creams or lotions are used during the treatment. The eight stages of the massage gently tackle problems such as tense facial muscles, an over-stressed nervous system, inadequate lymphatic drainage, poor delineation of collagen fibres in the facial connective tissue and lines, bags and wrinkles all of which can be considerably helped. The massage takes place with the client lying down on a massage table or couch for sixty minutes. There is no need for the client to remove her or his clothing for this massage. The therapist for the most part remains seated during the treatment.
