I think you get a good indication that you cannot get a good answer here and you really need to look at the curriculum for the school you may attend. These are 2 very badly misued terms, in school and in the industry and thus are used interchangeably. At our local university and practical studies at work Software Engineering has more to do with overall practices and processes – the theory behind computing. Whereas computer science gets down to more languages, techniques, environments, etc. So, based on that I would say CS. In your research you want to look for a curriculum that delves into more of the practical matters (developing the software) and less on the whys and how to manage it. In either stream the differences will only truly come out in the later years.
