What is Motionless Exercise?

Motionless exercise is also known as isometric exercise. Basically you want to find something that won’t move and push against it. You can also use your own body. To work your chest/triceps-with your hands in front of your chest push them together. For shoulders- while standing in a door way, push against the frame with the backs of your hands. For you arms- press your stacked fists against each other. For your back-while lying on a bench grab the bar and pull yourself up a few inches. Finally for your legs-do a one leg-lunge, but hold it when you get near the bottom. Alternate with motion exercises and you will start to see results. The best thing is most of these can be done anywhere.
