What is Murdock Fitness Boot Camp?
An indoor/outdoor fitness program of group personal training designed specifically for individuals like your self. You are invited to join us no matter what your athletic ability or fitness level might be. Everyone works at their own pace and you are given lots of personal attention and training. Murdock Fitness Boot Camp meets 2 times per week – Tuesdays and Thursday mornings at 5:15am for one hour of group personal training.
