You did not receive this info in the introductory packet when hired. You will receive your User ID and Password through email after you’ve started your first RTC eligible assignment. If you’ve used our online system before to enter time, you will have the same User ID as before. Your password will be whatever you used previously. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “forgot your password?” link if you have it set up. Otherwise you will need to contact us to reset your password back to the default value.
You will need a temporary User ID and password to establish your online account. Your account number, printed on your newspaper statement, is both the temporary User ID and password. This includes the two-character publication code, which is usually ‘DC’, plus your seven-digit account number. For example, if your account number on your statement reads ‘DC1234567’, this is exactly what you should enter for the both the User ID and password. If you can’t find a bill, you can get the account number by e-mailing or calling us. Once you log in using that number, you can change both the User ID and password to something more meaningful to you. A few times a year, I do not receive any coupons in my Sunday paper. Why? As a general rule, there are no manufacturer’s coupons on the Sunday before a major holiday. This is a decision of the advertiser. Also, advertisers often choose to target certain areas with their ads, so not all of our newspapers include the same advertising literature.
