Neural Touch™ is a system of Bowen created and taught by its founder Gene Dobkin in San Jacinto, California. Gene has taught in the past for both Bowtech and NST and has added a depth of personal knowledge in cranial technique, myofascial technique, neuro-lymphatic technique, neuro-muscular technique, polarity therapy and positional release technique giving birth to his own creation of Neural Touch™.
