My CDG Return Policy At the My CDG, customer satisfaction is our first priority. If, for any reason, there is a problem with your shipment or you are dissatisfied, our return policy for My CDG purchases is outlined below. If you require a return or exchange, please apply for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) by following the link at the end of this document. To help us resolve your problem as quickly as possible please read the sections of the Returns Policy relating to your situation prior to requesting Return Merchandise Authorization number. Return Policies Refundable Items: • Defective custom CD+G compilations may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. A replacement CD+G will be sent upon receipt of the defective original.Please note that exchanges may not be available for clearance and/or discontinued products, as the manufacturer may no longer produce the merchandise.

As to any special order item, rings, any hand crafted item, t-shirts,caps, etc these are special ordered and not refundable.
