What is PAL, NTSC and SECAM standards?
PAL is the standard developed in Germany and adopted by most of the Western European countries, except France. France and Russia jointly developed the SECAM standard, while the U.S. and Japan adopts the NTSC standard. Each country in the world is adopting one or more standards, but mainly one. China is adopting PAL, by countries neighbouring China are adopting SECAM such as Vietnam, Mongolia, Russia and North Korea. The IT-328 works with all the markets of the world.
