What is paranoid schizophrenia?
Details about schizophrenia are that its victims may lose touch with reality. The world one occupies may become a frightening experience. One will often begin to hear, see, or feel things that are not present (hallucinations). They may believe in things that are false (delusions). With the paranoid form of this disease, a victim develops delusions of persecution or personal grandeur. One may believe they are Superman, Jesus, or that they are being constantly monitored by the government and that unseen dangers and enemies in the world are always after them. A victim may also believe their innermost thoughts are being read. Paranoid schizophrenics may also hear voices in their heads that have various personalities.
