What is Phi Beta Lambda?
Phi Beta Lambda is the collegiate division of the national association, Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda, Inc. Phi Beta Lambda (PBL) is a nonprofit educational association of students preparing for careers in business and business-related fields. It requires business savvy, leadership skills, and technical knowledge. PBL members build their business and leadership skills, while contributing to the improvement of their community. Phi Beta Lambda (PBL) is a national co-ed professional organization for college students in business-related fields, and it is dedicated to making its members more marketable upon entering the job force as demonstrated in the creed and goals.
