What is probabilistic scheduling?
Probabilistic scheduling is LiquidPlanner’s innovative method for estimating task timelines and creating project schedules you can trust. It applies statistical analysis to a series of ranged estimates for tasks in a project plan to show you the likelihood of finishing the task or project by certain dates. This does two things: 1) it allows you to see and correct potential problems in the project schedule before it’s too late, and 2) it creates a project schedule you can trust (even though you’re not completely sure how long it will take to complete individual tasks).
