What is Prometrics policy on rescheduling my exam?
If you wish to change your exam date or time, you must call (800) 688-5803 by 12:00 p.m. on the second business day prior to your appointment. Prometric’s automated voice response system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is no charge for rescheduling an appointment if the change is made before 12:00 p.m. on the second business day prior to your appointment.
