Proxy access is when you access the medical record of another patient in Weill Cornell CONNECT. Examples may include a mother accessing her daughters chart, a husband accessing his wifes chart, or a caregiver accessing the chart of his or her patient. The person accessing the chart is known as the proxy. Proxy access is not currently available.
