What is Public Liability cover and why do I need it?
Educational inspectors are often on site at a school or Local Education Authority and therefore come into contact with children and adults whom they may inadvertently injure by accident. Cases of trips over briefcases and umbrellas in eyes are rare but should always be considered in such a busy environment. Public Liability covers you for costs you become legally liable to pay if; in the course of your business you injure someone else, or damage someone elses property.
