Reiki Practitioner Training is both Reiki I and Reiki II. You can take Reiki I by itself without planning to take Reiki II. Each attunement will take you to deeper levels of integration, while working predominately on various energy levels. There is no dogma with Reiki, only simple principles. In class, you will learn Japanese Reiki techniques such as the Earth, Heaven and Heart Sensing techniques, and you will learn how to work with the original Usui principles. Even if you do not take Reiki, focusing on the five Reiki principles will dramatically enrich your life.
