Only CoBranded Visa Reward Cards can be reloadable and ATM accessible. Purchaser MUST adhere to KYC (Know your Customer), the Bank Secrecy Act, or the USA PATRIOT Act. The card must have the recipients name embossed on the card that the Company/ Purchaser can tie to a specific person. In order to comply with KYC (Know your Customer), the Bank Secrecy Act, and the USA PATRIOT Act, each card recipient must register their card online at WRL before it can be reloaded or used at an ATM.
