A licensee will be required to submit an updated site plan of the manufacturing site to the AGCO for approval, with the amended ‘By the Glass’ licensed areas outlined in a clearly defined manner. Please note that an Application for Changes or Additions to Existing Licensed Areas will not be required and no fee will be assessed for the change.
