What is required to submit an application for variance?
A Variance Application Form must be completed, and forwarded to TDLR. The application must be accompanied by a $175.00, non refundable fee. Incomplete Variance Applications may be returned. Attachments (i.e. demo plans, “as-built” plans, photographs, local code requirements, cost estimates, and any other documentation that may support your request) may be included and are encouraged. Separate Variance Application Forms must be submitted for each standard or specification to be considered.
