What is RoHS and WEEE?
These two acronyms refer to European Union (EU) Directives: • WEEE: Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment • RoHS: Restriction on the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment shipped in to the EU as of July 1, 2006 regardless of the manufacture date of the equipment.
