What is Scarless Rhinoplasty?
Many cosmetic surgeons have adopted an open technique for rhinoplastythe open technique means a scar is placed across the columella which is the skin between your nostrils. I strongly disagree with the routine use of this open technique. Although the scar may be insignificant, it is frequently noticeable and may be deforming.
