What is SEG’s return policy?

Please contact SEG by phone +1.918.497.5546, fax +1.918.497.5565 or e-mail to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA) or to report shortages/misships. SEG will only accept authorized returned merchandise with an RMA. SEG will deduct a 15% restocking fee (minimum of US $5.00) from the refund amount. Returns must include SEG invoice number or SEG order number, name, address, phone number, e-mail and reason for return. Merchandise must be in original condition (shrink-wrapped) with original packaging and must have the RMA enclosed or clearly referenced on the shipping label. Shipment will be returned to purchaser if merchandise is not in original condition/packaging or if merchandise does not include an approved SEG Return Authorization.
