Switchable Graphics is a new technology from Lenovo which utilizes both the graphical processing capabilities of a discrete graphics adapter (High Performance mode) and the power efficiency of the integrated graphics adapter (Energy Savings mode). Lenovo allows the user to control when they need the extra graphics power, or when they can save power to get the most out of their battery.
