What is Syncfusions Subscription service?
All Syncfusion licenses include a 1 year subscription for unlimited support including access to Direct-Trac, Syncfusion’s support database, which allows customers to interact directly with our engineers 24×5. Direct-Trac allows Syncfusion customers to enter questions, track responses, and review solutions any time. All Syncfusion licenses also include 1 year of access to all new releases, both major and minor. After 1 year, you may choose whether or not to renew your subscription to retain access to support and new releases. Please note that the licenses themselves are perpetual. If you do need technical support or access to the latest release, you can choose to renew your subscription.
