Faculty on fiscal year appointments and fiscal year academic administrators accrue annual leave on a monthly basis at the rate of 14 hours per month. Contract Administrators and Contract Professionals accrue annual leave on a monthly basis. The accrual rate depends on the number of years of employment. New employees and those with less than 10 years of service begin accruing annual leave at the rate of 10 hours per pay period (15 days/year). Staff accrue annual leave on a bi-weekly basis.
