Ace of Cakes is the name of the Food Network show, but the business is actually called Charm City Cakes, and is located in Baltimore, Maryland. We were just in DC over the weekend and I would have loved to have gone to check them out! But according to their site, that’s a BIG no-no: “Can I come to your shop to watch you work? We are a very small, very busy shop. Every cake we make is handcrafted to order, and while that makes for some really spectacular cakes, it doesn’t leave us with a lot of time for visitors and jibba jabba.
