The application process now includes an online pre-qualification to be completed before obtaining access to the INC application. However, companies still have the opportunity to discuss their proposal with their program advisor prior to submitting the proposal through DFAIT’s Virtual Trade Commissioner application system. We invite all our active and potential clients to register with the Virtual Trade Commissioner (VTC) gateway if they have not done so already.
