What is the “Automatic Update” feature listed under the Project menu?
When this feature is tuned “On” and you are presently connected to the internet, the program automatically checks the internet to see if your version of the program is the most recent version. If you do not have the most recent version, the update is automatically downloaded. You are notified that an update is being installed. You can comply by answering OK to a couple of small message boxes. You must then restart the program with the update installed. If you choose to turn this feature “Off” you can check for updates manually by first connecting to the internet, turning this feature “On,” and restarting the program. Note that help images are also updated when the program is updated.
