What is the BAYweb return policy?
If you wish to return your BAYweb product(s) you need to return it to the place of purchase. Any product(s) purchased directly from the Bay Controls Web Store can be returned within 30 days for a refund. All returned products must be returned with complete packaging in order to receive a full refund. All BAYweb devices are warranted for five years. If your device has a manufacturing defect, we will ship you a replacement for the cost of shipping. We may, or may not, request return of the defective device. If you happen to damage your device, which is not covered under warranty, contact support and let us know what you did to damage it. We will make you a great deal on a replacement. If you have a defective BAYweb product and need an exchange then you can contact our technical support to assist with your exchange.
