what is the best dog food brand to feed my pedigree german shepherd?

I have had German Shepherds for about 25 years. I have, in the past, had dogs with allergy problems, thyroid problems, etc. This was while I fed things like Iams, Science Diet, Eukanuba, ProPlan, Purina, and other well-known name brands. With my last two shepherds I fed Innova which is made by California Naturals. It is made with human-quality ingredients. I brought my male pup home at 8 wks of age. He was from an extremely large line of shepherds. He weighed 90 lbs at six months, matured at 120 lbs. He was huge! He was on Innova his entire life with me. He was fed twice a day, a 12 ounce scoop each feeding. He had a beautiful coat, great teeth, great conformation, etc. He had very few vet bills – no allergy problems or that sort of thing. He also had no dog breath or dog odor. We moved to the mountains when he was three years old. He did not have a bath during the last nine years of his life, and he had no odor whatsoever. The shine in his coat was incredible. My last female shepherd
