There is no best formula. But if you must feed a baby formula soy is ok, but there have been studies that say that too much soy comes with side effects, so the other alternative is milk based formula. There are many varieties but organic is best. The best food for babies is BM of course, but if you must choose one here is some research I did on the topic.
