What is the best Home Uniform in the MLB?
The best ones are the ones that have stood the test of time. The Yankee uniform is essentially unchanged since the NY logo was added in 1936 (although it was altered slightly in 1947 to its present form). I hate the Red Sox, but their usual home jersey is pretty much unchanged since Tom Yawkey bought the team in 1933. The Dodgers have had the same uniform since 1938. The Cardinals’ “birds-on-a-bat” jersey has been around since the 1920s. The Tigers have had the Olde English D since 1934. And the Cubs have had pretty much the same design since the 1950s. I’m a Yankee Fan, so I’m biased, but why do you think so many teams wear pinstripes?
