If you are having a problem with the Fax Server, please archive (zip) or compress DebugLog.txt along with the Fault Log and send to support@softsinc.com along with a description of the problem. Both DebugLog.txt and Fault Log are found in the 4-Sight Fax Server 7 folder. If the Fax Server or the Fax Client quit unexpectedly, look for a crash log in the following folder… Macintosh HD->Users->{Home}->Library->Logs->CrashReporter with the name Fax Client.crash.log or Fax Server.crash.log and send that log as well.
