What is the best way to cook deer sausage?
Frijoles de Rancho half cook your pintos with garlic powder, pepper and salt when half done add chopped tomatoes, onions and chopped sausage. Then take 1/2 a bunch of cilantro and chop it in 3 pieces and throw it in the pot. Cook until beans are done. They taste great, can be eaten alone or as a side with another mexican dish. I made these for new years (my husband cooked a pig in a caso- and I had no leftovers!!
