What is the biggest story in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series as the midpoint of the season approaches?
Allen: The biggest story is the level of competition. In previous years, you could count on one hand the favorites for each race. Many of the programs have stepped up their efforts to be competitive in this series and it has shown with six different winners in the first six races. Now, we go into race weekends wondering who, out of the top 15 or 20 in points, is going to win. Parsons: The biggest story of the year is the strong competition. In this the tenth year of the Craftsman Truck Series, the competition is by far the strongest ever. Dunlap: The series has NEVER had any kind of Silly Season. With the competition as it is, we have had many crew chief changes and drivers fired after four or five races. This is a new game for this division.
