The billing cycle is bimonthly for utilities. The bills are sent on the first of the month in February, April, June, August, October and December. Payments are due on the last business day of the month in which the bills are sent.

The billing cycle is bimonthly for utilities. The bills are sent on the first of the month in February, April, June, August, October and December. Payments are due on the last business day of the month in which the bills are sent. Delinquent fee assessed is $15 on the first business day after due date. A $75 fee is assessed if payment is not received prior to shut off day.
