What is the Built-IN SMTP Server option?
The built-In SMTP option is the fastest method of sending emails. This option is great since most ISP’s (Internet Service Providers) do not allow large amounts of email to be passed through their SMTP server that they provide for you. With most ISP’s they will cancel your Internet connection if you send too many emails through their SMTP server (some can be as low as 20 emails per day or 200 per month) regardless if you were just sending emails to your customer base or not. Rapid-Emailer allows you to bypass your ISP’s SMTP server and send emails without having to worry about your ISP and its SMTP server. Remember that Rapid-Emailer will be acting as a SMTP server and you will need a Static IP Address (from your ISP’s business department) in order for the rest of the Internet to consider Rapid-Emailer as a real SMTP server.
