What is the cancellation/refund policy in regard to Chapman credit?
Participants who request cancellation in writing within thirty (30) days of course enrollment, will receive a refund less a $ 20 processing fee. (If registering at the seminar, the date of enrollment is the date of the seminar. If participant mails the enrollment form directly to Chapman, the date of enrollment is the day Chapman receives the enrollment form.
