What is the Character Education Program at TPES?
At TPES we focus on four areas of character education – RESPONSIBILITY, RESPECT, CARING and HONESTY. In the spring students explore the world of work and learn about different careers. That unit culiminates in a school-wide activity called “I Can Be Anything I Want To Be” day with parent and community volunteers sharing their experiences and career choices with all students in individual classrooms.
