What is the City’s policy for working with private entities to redevelop brownfield sites?
The Brownfields Program welcomes redevelopment by any party. The City can assist in guidance and/or funding for remediation. However, the grants available for these activities typically require private entities to join with not-for-profit organizations or the City in applying for funds.
