What is the cost of stocktake other than direct labor cost invoved?
We are in the process of analysing the costs involved for warehouse stocktakes and we are wanting to know the following, – cost of lost sales as a result of stocktake – cost of lost productivity as as result of stocktake – auditing and reconciliation costs associated with each stocktake – any other cost may involve in stocktake other than direct labor cost Many thanks for your help in advance.
