A. The CD-ROM is $350 (with 12 complimentary credits upon the successful completion of the Learning Assessments) or $300 (without any complimentary credits) and consists of six courses (Keratometry, Lensometry, Ocular Motility, Retinoscopy/Refinement, Tonometry, & Visual Fields).
