What is the deadline for drop and add?
You have until the first day of the second week of the semester to add a class and until the end of the second week to drop with no record of the course on your transcript. After that, you will have until the end of the sixth week to drop a course with a “W” on your transcript, or until the end of the eleventh week to drop with instructor signature and assignment of a “W” or “F.” Following the eleventh week, the only way to drop is to withdrawal from the University (all classes) with assignment of “W” or “F” or petition based on special circumstances — see your advisor for assistance. • How do I drop (or add) a class?
