What is the deadline for submitting payroll documentation for the pay period 10 – 23 January 2011?
All payroll documentation for the pay period 10-23 January must be received by the pay office by 5 pm on Wednesday, 19 January 2011. This includes: • projected rosters • known roster changes • AVACs and timesheets • Employee Movement Forms for staff changes, higher duties and leave. Any payroll documentation received after 5 pm on Wednesday, 19 January will be paid on 9 February 2011, unless exceptional circumstances exist. You should check with your line manager to ensure your payroll documentation is lodged by this deadline.
