TIS establishes each network account with a default login ID and password. For security reasons we cannot provide this information over the web. Contact TIS at (860) 548-2400 x3520 or (800) 433-4723 x3520 or by e-mail to helpdesk@rh.edu for information on your network account. See also the NETWORK USER’S GUIDE published each semester by TIS and available on levels 1, 2 and 5 in the Hartford building and in the computer lab area on the Groton campus.
