What is the definition of Area Assigned Membership?
• Area Assigned Members will be defined as the paid member count as of July 1. This figure will include all member grades, except students. • Are Life and Retired members included in the Area Assigned Member count? Yes, all member grades are included except students. • Where can the Area Assigned Member count be found? The Area Assigned Member numbers can be found on the PAOE website under View Reports, “Area Assigned Member Count Listing” and in the PAOE Newsletter. • Points for Planning Sessions with DRC and RVC: Does planning session have to be face-to-face or can it be over the phone? Either is acceptable. • What is my logon name and password? Only authorized users from each chapter have been given the logon name and password to be able to update their own chapter’s points.
